Lecce vs AS Roma Full match replay

Match preview

Lecce welcome AS Roma to the Via del Mare for an important Serie A encounter. The home side will be looking to make full use of their home advantage, while Roma arrive with the ambition of collecting another three points and maintaining their momentum early in the campaign.

Lecce are likely to rely on defensive organization, intensity and quick transitions, while Roma should look to control possession and use their attacking quality to create opportunities.

The atmosphere in Lecce should make this a difficult away fixture, particularly if the hosts can keep the game close in the opening stages. Roma will need patience and precision to break through the home defence.
